Because our artwork is handmade and may include natural variations in shape, texture, color, and finish, these differences are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Azam Collections cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Because some pieces may be made to order or customized, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Azam Collections or the item arrived damaged.
